So, my city has a river which effectively bisects it. That river is the Iowa River. It's... okay, it's not all that pretty even at the best of times, being a dull brownish color and being the sort of river in which you really shouldn't swim (and which, if you fall into it, you're highly recommended to obtain a tetanus shot), but it's... scenic? Since Friday, I've been making a concerted attempt to keep myself healthy and low-stress.
